Our Australian way of life has undergone a dramatic change in just 30 days. So how are we going on our journey to accept this new COVID-19 ’normal’?
Over the past week, our strategy team have been working alongside leading human behaviour experts to paint a picture of the current psyche of Australian consumers. Analysing social listening data and academic observations, we have developed a guide that explores the expected behaviours and attitudes of Australians as they come to accept this ’new normal.'
Through this guide, we aim to equip marketers with the knowledge to better understand their customers, plan their brand communications and inform their decision making during this crisis.
